Spinach Balls were originally created in Fremont, Indiana, at the Herb Garden Restaurant. My mother and I opened this restaurant in 1994. From the beginning, the Spinach Balls were a huge success! They appeared on the menu as an appetizer, served with a side of dill dip.
Today, The Spinach Ball Company is proud to offer these culinary gems as an appetizer, side dish or even as a light meal. The dill dip coupled with the spinach balls are the perfect marriage of flavors. Children even love these, while getting all of the health benefits of the spinach!
Spinach Balls are very versatile! They can be frozen or refrigerated. Just pop them in the microwave for reheating. For larger events, they reheat nicely in the oven, chafing dish or crock pot!
