Sometimes we hear “but their green”!  We respond with “why yes they are, they are spinach”.  Some people have said that maybe we shouldn’t make them so green, like we have a choice?  Well, we love our vibrant green balls!  They have a story to tell, you know!  A very healthy & colorful story!  The spinach balls are just that burst of flavor & color that everyone needs on their dinner plate!  My daughter says that green is the color of fashion this year, so I say fantastic!  This is our year!

Well, we are getting of to a great start for 2013!  The spinach balls made their national debut on 1/2/13!  What an awesome experience for us to be able to share our passion for spinach balls to the world!
